I'm interested in selling my electric 4-Tec that I've had for several years. It has maybe 30 minutes of use since I bought it back in the day. It's been sitting in my sons room for several years. I put in an old battery and it works just like the day it was new. The car is super clean and only has minor scratches on the front skid plate/bumper. What do you guys think its worth??
Here's what it has:
XL-1 Traxxas Speed Control
Stock 20-Turn Stinger Motor
AM Radio w/ 2015 B.E.C. Receiver
Factory Body (it has some slight creasing on the front bumper)
Manuals that came with it when new (Operating Instructions, Assembly Manual, and Quick Start)
All it needs is the AA batteries for the remote and stick battery for the car. Check out the pics below. Thanks!
Thumbs up for a very clean 4-tec!
Quite honestly... its worth what people will pay for it. And right now on ebay I'd say on a good day you might be able to get $60 plus shipping.
Thats not to says that its not a nice vehicle, its one of the cleanest I've seen. But people just aren't paying that much for them.
If you do decide to sell it, shoot me a pm.

Nice I like it to, I think it's worth more than that. I paid more for mine in worse shape.
Oh, well I might be wrong. I am just basing off what I am seeing and have seen on ebay. Anyways, price it from what you want for it and then feel your way through it.

its posted in the MP for 165 shipped, a little high for a 4tec electric IMO but like you both said its clean and in good shape from the looks of it.
DEU 8:18 ESV
Id give $100 for that allday shipped maybe even $125
I would hold onto it. The longer you keep it more the more valuable it will become. That is a very clean, already vintage RC. Not like an old beater that is taking up a space in your garage for your Porsche. Put that beast on display on a shelf or something.
If you can't beat it....destroy it!
