i have the rbinnovations head for my 2.5r, the temps are a bit better. but not a major difference.
blinding green. looks great.
a rustler cant do it. you would have to literally replace everything on the car after one pass. and then you would only be pushing 120. cant do it.
looks mean. but from the first pic i never would have guessed powder coat. i was thinking more brushless, or a new engine. maybe some new servos.
i didnt think it did. but maybe he isnt using the link.
does it have an engine? but gas engines are real easy to care for. i personally cant wait for hpi to release that 1:8th scale gas engine, might have to fit one of those into a t-maxx or my savage.
lol short story: when i first got my nitro rustler it was 12 years old. its a 1996. when he gave it to me the poor car had a .15 pro in it and the engine was shot. i could get the engine to start but...
nice 4-tec, but i just searched around a bit for you, i even called my lhs and asked if they had a upper deck they could ship....and no. you might be stuck with plastic. im sorry man, i looked...
yeah the reciever.
yeah, and lol yeah 200 is a bit of an understatement isnt it?
yeah even on 2.4, you never know when your connection will cut loose and your favorite 200$ toy will hit the hall going 50+mph
yeah. but i do suggest getting a fail safe. strongly advised!
i bash pretty hard and my stock casters have held up, and im using a castle sv2 system.
no the servo will plug into channel's 1 and two. just like your 27mhz. also get a fail safe. if the car loses radio signal the fail safe will cut the throttle. that is a must! A fail safe.
tbh with you, FLM is a decent aluminum brand but why are you going aluminum? im guessing you havent been in the hobby long but RPM parts are the way to go, they are plastic and the company believes...
+1 willy. aha, i dont need a 300 degree battery.
lol since i have gotten my rustler i take that out all the time, the nitro is just alot more work when all you have to do is put in a battery for fun.
dont get me wrong though i love the smell...
this build is insane. i want to see the engines hes going to use and the body!
let him have his fun, is interesting to see this because its different. i havent seen people trying to use a 1100kv outrunner motor for a airplane. i havent seen them putting a 86t pinion on a motor...
that looks cool. but couldnt you run ethanol?
title says it all. post a pic and price please.
ahaha! i have two rustlers, i have a novak 4.5t, and a castle sv2 set-up....super fast.
when i had the .15 pro it was old too. my car is like 11 years old, and the .15 was just shot after sitting for 10 years, so i fiddled with it and after comparing prices and performance i just...
yes it could handle it. and with that battery and the VXL set-up you will be flying.
