I agree with revo man, give it some temperature (radiator, hair dryer).
Definately sounds like a blockage in the carb. A broken or dirty needle perhaps? Strip and clean your carb is best solution.

As MaxxSavage says...rebuild as many times as you like......all parts are replaceable, it just depends how much you are prepared to spend.
It can be more cost effective to get a second hand one,...
Looks like it's dirty and then painted to me.

Like Shanem121, I've never had a problem with Byron's either, I'm only on O'Donnels now because my LHS couldn't get any more Byron's.
