I have some Aluminum beadlock wheels I want to use on the Summit, but they have 14mm hexes instead of the Summits 17mms. Will these 14mm hex hubs from the Revo work on the summit?
Excellent video :D
Here in Berkeley, CA I paid $4.89 for Regular Unleaded :(
Also, any word yet on longevity of these motors?
I'm considering getting this set now, for $100 you can't really go wrong it seems. Anyway, just wanted to clarify 2 things
1) It will work with the stock EVX-2 and not damage it?
2) Will work...
I got mine from RCboca
Took the pictures just now :) Enjoy!
Tell us if you find it :(
Yeah, gotta use flat packs if you dont want to modify anything.
I doubt it would work, the ELS-200 is strong enough but its tailored too much for their own motor.
Funny you say that, I got a T-maxx 3.3 for my girlfriends younger brother who's getting into RC, and we were breaking it in today and there was a chunk of something in the pipe.
I like the second one, the Maxx is really making a mess of those needles :D
Your local park doubles as the community graveyard? :D
sorry to hear about the revo though :(
Well said Suicideneil
Traxxas releasing a brushless Maxx system isnt really worth pulling hairs over frankly. If they do, great, if not, there are tons of brushless systems that we have been using in our Emaxxs for years.
Some friends of mine make custom decas for motorcycles (and pretty much anything), and use the above machine....
Yeah, the glow plug is grounded via the metal outside, so you gotta have it in there.
Shouldnt be too hard. You can use a soldering iron to seal the edges. If you melt the plastic together you should have no problems with leaks. Plus its easy to test for leaks when you're done.
Might as well give the ESC all the juice it can take :)
Thats a good point, that was messed up on my Jato when I first got it, took half throttle before the actual throttle was even being moved.
Wheelie bar using 1/18 tires :)
Edited for image size.
After you break it in and tune the throttle will be more responsive
Remember, pull the trigger TOWARDS you to go
