Found them. I knew they existed.
Cheers mate. Yeah, they do look the best at the moment.
Unfortunately I have managed to lose my Docking Base Cap that protects the iPod connector.
Now I'm sure I saw you could buy them seperately before now on Traxxas.com but I now cannot seem...
I must admit. I'm very happy with my TQi and docking base too.
Very easy to use.
There isn't an integrated charger, it links to the power jack.
Yep, I'd seen this too so contacted Traxxas.
TX voltage cannot be shown, only the symbol in top left with the bars.
Shame really, TX Voltage would of been a nice addition.
I'll take a shot of mine later, it may help you out.
Yes. I agree. They do seem to be a lot more available now.
Ah, I see. In which case you need the power tap then I take it.
Also, the RPM sensor just slots into the mount and a button head screw holds it in place.
No, not really. It doesn't show them fitted.
Think I've figured the RPM mounts out. It's a choice of three. AB or C. Two of them differ in the fact one is mounting EZ start motor side the other...
Right, not posting this to rub salt in your wounds Newth, but I now have all my sensors and today my RPM mounts came.
No instructions for them though. I'm not sure how the RPM mounts, mount....
Which model is the temp sensor mount listed under?
I know it's not under TMaxx but wonder if I could utilise it. At the moment the wire for the temp sensor looks too untidy for my liking.
Exactly how low have you put your temp wire?
There were no instructions and the telemetry temp on mine is reading quite a lot higher than my temp gun.
Yes, Temp around the block and the Tap into a spare receiver channel and you'll be able to see RX voltage.
Look forward to reading about this.
My Traxxas Temp Sensor reads different to my Temp Gun, but there were no instructions on wire placement on the engine. I just put it around the bottom of cooling head.
Yeah, I did too. I'm looking forward to it arriving.
Thanks for clarifying it Peter.
Mighty Models are still waiting on stock delivery.
I was referring to typracings post, Peter had stated he'd altered his MSN and I was wondering if I had missed something as I'd been having trouble with my TRX3.3.
Happy to say, it runs well now...
Yeah, good point about the wiring harness. I'd forgotten about that, this charging lead on the harness clips into the lid of the battery box under the rubber plug. To charge, I just remove rubber...
Traxxas do their own RX hump pack.
Although any 6V RX Hump Pack should work.
I've fitted a 1600 Mah to mine without any problems. The Traxxas pack is only 1200Mah.
I also have a 1900 Mah...
Which transmitter and receiver have you got at the moment?
Traxxas do a GPS module for the Telemetry, it's expensive but accurate for speed though. The speed shown via the App...
Ah, thanks for the heads up, I have the RPM sensor (got it from Wheelspin) but I'm waiting on the mounts for it. I'll get onto Mighty Models to see if they still have any.
Hmm. I couldn't find...
