Well 70% of them are e-revo parts ;-) So they will be around, plus surviving stock should last 3 years.
Just be smart and when they announce, bulk up on summit specific items through dollar...
That's looking at it the wrong way..... Think of it more like a Summit 2.0
Every company retires models every so often to make room for new products.
those look really nice, imma sucker for tires
Yes.... Ive heard rumors lately too. We should be looking forward to a new Summit type hybrid soon enough, but the end of the summit :-(
Ebay and google will help you find the parts. LEM and other aftermarket companies.
The LEM Aluminum axles I have are not available until Summer 2014.

Here sits my E-Revo, getting cleaned and rebuilt.
Glad to see the LEM hardened dif gears were still MINT.
Clean`em and seal`em back up.

Same goes for my e-revo too, lipos... Its going to be a tough call.
If I do keep it, it could do 3 years in isolation.
That's a harsh sentence to a Summit this nice, Id almost feel bad.
Not sure it would ever forgive me when it got out.
I don't think he had aluminum diff cups, hardened spider gears and aluminum axles.
That might help if someone needed these tires.
Hopefully I`ll keep it, but with the big move coming and nowhere to put it, I`d have to pay to store it. I'm leaving town due to shortage of work in my field. Not sure if storing it is feasible yet....
I'm just looking back at those re-assembled pics, hard to believe its almost a year old. This girl looks young for her age ;)
