I love seeing guys who have the old school black 'pede, just like mine!
Rock on old skool!
Pro-line dirt works. I have them on my truck. They hook
up great on dirt and the street, but they're a little on the small side, so not so
good for tall grass.
The Nitro Rush body works beautifully on my 'pede. The length
is perfect, and it has a sweet wide trophy truck look to it. The only minor
problem is that the bumps in the back don't fit to...
I can certainly second that opinion. Since I got Traxxxas caster blocks, I haven't bent a single kingpin. Those guys are worth every penny.
oh, and one more thing, do you think that it would lose much value if I didn't
include the receiver and transmitter?
I know I sound like a punk for wanting to sell it because of my lack of tuning
skills, but I just think this ain't the right truck for me. (at least I still have my 'pede!)
But hypothetically, do...
I don't know about the Losi, but I can say that I have never once regretted buying
my stampede. The only parts I have ever managed to break are the front caster
blocks. (oh and I've fried plenty...
I have a 3.3 T-maxx 3.3 that I want to sell. For whatever reason,
I just never got the hang of tuning the engine, and I was always breaking
suspension arms. The motor has had about a...
ding ding, we have a winner!
the reason your batteries take varying times to discharge is because they have, well, different discharge rates.
In otherwords, a 2000mah 20c battery will put out power...
i dunno man, the loud, high-pitched whine from my brushless stampede is always an attention-getter...not as loud as my 3.3, but the problem with that is that when people come talk to me while I'm...
why'd you remove it?
Here are some pictures of my stampede, from when it was bone-stock. Check
out the rotary speed control! The worst part about that speed control was
that it actually used as much battery power...
I've been bashing the crud out of my stampede for about 2 years, and the only thing I have managed to break are the front caster blocks. Twice. So, i just got aluminum ones. To me, the Stampede is...
yeah, i guess so. W/evs.
Could be one of several things. Hopefully, the nut securing the wheel is just a little loose. What also could have happened is that the pin that makes the hex hub move with the axle has fallen out....
I'm not sure if this contest is still going, but I just painted a new HPI rush body, so I think I'll submit my work.
Here are a couple of pics of mine, with a freshly painted body.
yeah, i have one of those. (although I added a lot of new stuff to it.)
Does yours have the crappy chevron tires and mechanical speed control?
what kind of esc do you have?
I have the stock transmitter and a new velineon system, and I have no problem with range. I can drive it far enough that I can barely see the truck.
These shocks for the MGT will work fine, I use them on My T-maxx. They may be just a little long for the front shocks, but they are actually a tiny bit short for the big rear shocks, so they are...
I have been recently been having problems with my 3.3 engine, it was very hard to run, and acting very weird and weak. I have only run about 1.5 gallons through it. I took it out of my maxx to...
It could simply be that the slipper clutch got really loose, that happened to me.
Another problem that I didn't mention is that the engine chews through glow plug like... something that chews a lot. Most recently, I was running the truck on a brand new plug. And yes, i am...
realistic battle damage!!!
