Wow... I think I might be selling off my beloved ERBE..
Get the new bulkheads. They have a screw that goes through that I think helps keep the diff in place.
Still need to shim.
Have you tried Corrosion X ??
I've got it on my Mamba Monster and its been protecting it for the past 3 years now.
Have to reapply every 6-8 months or whenever I do a tear down.
RevoRoller, Do you guys still meet up at Ft.Stevens ?
I didn't know u guys are around here.
I Live in DC and I mainly drive my Erevo in the park.. its fun most times dogs come out to chase it...thats when it gets a lil hairy cause if I flip it or stop they'd get to and tear it apart....
Drove mine in the local park today.. 5s is pretty good !
Also had a pack of dogs chase it all over the hills and down again.. lol
Their owners thanked me for giving them the exercise.
I've used Corrosion X on my ESC as well. Been driving it in snow and puddles with no problems at all.
If you are new to RC, i'd suggest you buy new. Thats the best way to learn how the car works, and what you would need to do to fix it.
That'll do it.
If you want to take the rockers off the bent posts, you can use a small wrench to hold the rocker at the bottom, and turn the screw on the top to take it off.
No Idea what mobilitytoday is talking about.
IMHO, that little plastic bit is meant for the nitro-revo. It sits between the chassis and the differential. If you look at the erevo chassis, its...
This guy speaks the truth !
Have you shipped out my bulkheads as yet ?
BL-Bob - they are 2x3s *******'s that are currently dead.
I think he's just going to replace them with a pair of ********s. Hopefully they should last him a bit longer.
Thanks for getting back.
I do own LiPo's, I have about 11 of them of various sizes and in various applications.
The LiFe's are for a friend of mine who also owns an ERBE (which i...
Just looking at different options.
Also LiFe is a bit safer than LiPo and I wouldn't need to keep throwing away dead batteries when i forget to charge them for 3 months
Do you guys have any recommendations for LiFe batterys that would fit in the ERBE.
Payment sent for the bulkhead set.
BL-Bob - it was just the right front section, was fortunate enough that it happened earlier in the day was able to hop over the the LHS and get the tie-rods and steering linkage. so all good.
I'll take the bulkheads. PM me yr paypal.
Yep, Traction roll.

Just finished building my recently acquired used ERBE last night.
Charged up the batteries and decided to take it out this afternoon to the local park.
had fun driving around and having the dogs...
LOL.. just saw your pictures.
I think it would be easier to get the whole shaft off the truck before you try removing the c-clamps. Trying to remove those while still on the truck is unnecessary...
Corrosion X works great !
Using it personally on most all my electronics.
BTW.. hows that austerity bill working out for yall ?
