I have the Proline LCG and Proline Pro-track A-arm kit and even on hard bite surfaces I have a hard time making it traction roll. Its very stable for me now, most the time the tires break loose and...
I like the proline ones. They have screw on caps instead of hold down pins. very nice.
Ok, if looking into a sensored system. What kind of specs do I look for? How many turn motor, how many pole, etc. I was never told what all this means.
I am really just looking to keep same velenion motor but upgrade ESC's so I can do fine tuning for race track. But I don't know what amp ESC to get.
I have never run without the servo saver on the car so I cant say either way. I have never wrecked my servo with it on the car though. So I guess I can say that much.
I imagine it would be. It takes away from having to correct the steering trim after every race also.
That Savox cost me 60 bucks so I kept the saver on the car instead of switching to straight bell cranks. My truck is about a year old and it was the VXL version so it came with that style of bell...
No sir. Stock slash bell cranks.
Sure do. The best they would turn out tho.
The servo saver?
I still do have a servo saver on mine. Its just the upgraded bellcrank setup where it is integrated into the bell crank instead of on the servo.
HOW I RIGGED MINE UP..........
The only tires I have come across when buying new tires that dont have foams in them are the HPI Beams. Every other tire for Jconcepts or Proline I have bought come with some kind of foam in them. ...
First thing I did to tighten up the steering for racing. Metal bearings instead of plastic bushings. How did they think those wouldnt wear out I dont know.
AKA tire glue is all I have used. The only tire to come un-mounted for me is one of the proline street fighters and thats because the rubber split and was still stuck to the rim. GREAT glue.
Thanks. It was my mistake and I must have put it together with the wires facing the wrong way. I just did it again and it works just fine. Just a dumb mistake on my part.
Where can I find a wire extender for my ESC that will work? I want to move my receiver to the front of my Proline chassis but I cant because the ESC has to be in back and the wire wont reach. I...
Ive tried running knobby tires like that on the hard clay we run on and they slip alot. I might have to try the rebars or maybe look into suburbs.
Well 3 weeks after I put the new Proline Chassis on my truck I made it a whole session of practice without some freak part breaking on me. Now I just need to tune in the tires. Hot Bodies BEAMS on...
I have been trying to find anza upgrade parts for my slash that i keep hearing everyone talk about, but even on google, i cant find the actual anza site. can anyone help??
That it does! I am yet to fully get the benefits out of the chassis since I am basicly learning the truck over again because of the chassis and new tires and new servo. and with the recent breaks...
No, I dont know how, but it broke on the raised shoulder that the shock bolts to at the top.
Since I upgraded the chassis and made a racer slash, I am using the left over parts to put together a bashing slash. Can the stock TQ controller 2.4ghz be programmed to more than one truck? They...
I have no beef with proline. Everything I have put on from them has worked no problem. Before I bought the chassis I was bashing the thing pretty hard and probably weakend the shock tower then.
