my LHS's are the same they have been 199. haven't changed.
I am using an original sport body on a rustler if that helps. only mod you need is to put the lid on the chassis.

to me it sounds like you may have messed up one of the batteries. since it looks as if you have am ammeter CHECK EVERY CELL seperate + & - on each cell. then start adding in one at a time eventually...

jd said it just get proline rims that are for the rear of traxxas nitro vehicles and you can use those upfront too. same size hex 12mm.
sounds like a tranny adjustment needs to be made. check your owners manual it says how to do it
I put a 72t robinson steel spur in the wifes n.pede with the stock cb and the .15 and that will lift the tires. softer in the rear is better it will squat rather than roll
