i have got up to 44mph on 23/86 on a cc3800 motor on a 2s 6500mah 65c lipo with a tail wind. but to go faster 3s is ur option but watch your temps closely.
The ones I run r road rage pre mounted on rims that fit jato n stampede- low profile so same height as sc tires but wider

broke my stock one in 3 months, Rpm has a few scratches from 20ft hits on skate park ramps. Rpm has held up very well for over a year now. I haven't used a proline number as of yet.

i guess the question is what esc and motors are being used - due to the fact of their is now a 4pole and 2 pole velineon 3500's out there
Sounds like the wires from the esc to the motor are switched.
I haven't used Beadlocks as of yet - but have heard of plenty of people using them with the CC 3800v combos with no problems. Hopefully some of them will chime in here for you.

i have been running 23/86 on the cc 3800 sct combo for over a year n no heating problems even in the sand with slingshots in 80degree outside temperatures. buy a temp gun and check them periodically....
