Meh. I've completely given up on this engine as with my 3.3. The con-rod bushing failed twice in a row, I assume due to the engine not starting. There still is a bit of pinch when warm, but I guess...

I am in the process of pinching a 3.3 and 2.5 sleeve. It took a while before we found the right tool for the job, hose clamps do not work. A homemade custom tool worked well. So far the 3.3 has a...

I don't understand what you're trying to say? I'm pretty sure the OP is referring to how the older OWB has more rollers/needles (12) then the newer one which has only 6 I believe.

Loctite is up to you, not really necessary. Although put some high temp silicone in between the backplate and the engine to make a good seal. The backplate will only fit one way, with the grooves...

That's the thing, no matter how high the idle it wants to stall? And when it does stall, the engine floods itself and wont restart. Oh and in the video, at the end, the engine would die unless I...

I recently bought a 2.5r on the forums that looked like it was in good condition (I replaced the front bearing with an Avid revolution). When I got it the compression didn't seem too high. I tried...
