I already ditched the Idea and I am buying a New Brushless E Revo and a Baja 5b 2.0.
The trucks were full Integy and the motors were both not taken care of.
Figured all my knowledge is only from RC Electric world. It is a consignment at a RC shop I go to. I will get pictures of all trucks and controllers etc.
I already own a few Slashes so the hobby will hold. You saying that none of the parts on ano now makes me wonder cuz I think everything is ano purple, blue etc Hahah I will have to have a closer...
Would it be best to buy and try to sell the parts? It is all new. Are there UE stamps on the parts that are UE? There is also alot of Ti parts on the 1500$ one. Chassis, Bumpers and roll cage. Who...
Good to know I will have a look at it. Thanks guys
i will b able to get pictures of them on tusday. Thanks guys.
What other brands should I look at when I go see it again? What is the good and bad brands?
is UE a brand?
He is selling 1 truck for 1500 the other for 650.
UE? both are brand new with lots of Ti. They both have custom roll cages and Integy piggy backs etc If I can remember
The money is not the issue. I just want to know what I should be looking keeping these running. He is also supplying over 3G worth of parts with it.
I have the ability to get 2 fully customed never driven trucks for 2,000 I have never owned a nitro rc car before.. How hard is it to maintain and start and run? What are the things I should know...
Sadly I have also having this horrible issue. I think I run it 2 or 3 batteries a day in the rain mud dirt gravel. Racing and not. I have only had to replace 1 steering knuckle 3 weeks after buying...
Might just be getting warmer. or there's some extra drag.. try giving the truck a good clean all over.
No issues with overtray at all Ran a 2s full out then right into a 3s then another 3s and my motor temp only got to 175 C with overtray
I agree keep the truck. Find a track that understands fair classes
How do you reverse the half shafts? Is there a way to take the pin out? any pictures or good instructions on how to do this?
I would go with the Overtray and do a little mod on the hole into the chassis. get some shoegoo cut out a peice of lexan to fit around the entrance of the chassis where the driveshaft enters and...
They are on traxxas website
faster to check on the fly then to take apart and put back together. Less time wrenching more time racing/bashing
It does not cover the drive shaft I added a peice of lexan covering the entrance to the inside of the chassis I live in Canada BC tho so my temps are a little cooler then some of the places. I can...
I run the Overtray from JConcepts I LOVE IT works great keep 90% of the mud and rocks out at all times and it still keeps it pretty cool with a few little holes I drilled and vents out of the top.
the aluminum is still much better then the plastic, RPM arms are GREAT!
the Traxxas Aluminum parts were harder to find for me.
No I need the bearing. I noticed after installing the new knuckles I lost the little bearing. so I need both.
