you should be fine with gearings wich are included in e-revo pack and those batterys. 19/54 and stock one is 19/68 wich is bolted on car. (if i remember correctly 19 was stock pinion)

punch is off, 0 drag brake, 30% brake, timing 0, dead band 1 level lower than stock. start power was medium if i remember correctly
toe in/out makes a huge difference. 0 or a bit negative should be good. too much negative toe brakes the top speed
i bet itīs older model with 14mm hubs
you need to remove drag brake so motor spins freely. have you adjusted pinion and spur correctly? that might be the problem.

are you using long or short drive shafts?
front swaybar doesnt affect at all until your around 3mm from bottoming out
bearings are fine i tested those last time i snapped drive shaft.
check the psu market for tiny tiny cases and youl find dimensions.
motherboard takes about 100w+prosessor 75w = 175w + others doesnt take that last 100w. most of the power is needed if you are playing games when there is gpu+cpu+fans+hdd taking the power.
imo you should be fine. we have a chance to borrow power consuption meter from power company and you can check your power needings. so maybe you could give em a call.
