I have a contour and was able to mount it against the window in the passanger seat. Also on the body on the driversside door. Just take off the body and see how things will look...
After you guys changed to Slayer pro's did the cars drive different, handle different? Less prone to tipping?
Sweet, all rebuilt and repaired and running nicely and shifting well. The video by nitromad48 on youtube was most useful.
Now just need to work on the tipping over issue
Got it started. Was warming it up in a open lot and went to give it full throttle and it stopped dead..... :eek: Crack in the transmission housing says I have some work to do....
It does feel like the diffs. Is that a normal sounds?
Couldn't get it started, gonna try heating the engine a bit.
I wanted to try 33% and did. Now I want to go back to 20%... will this cause any problems. I'm not talking about going back and forth but just changing back and staying with 20%

I'm going to start it up pretty soon to do a diagnostic run to see what may be up. This should help me and I will come back with more information...
Anyone have any advice for taking apart my Slayer so I can change the clutch?
Do you pretty much need to take the truck apart?
