The Icharger 206b is an excellent charger for both lipo and Nimh. Check out Progressive RC for some great charger / power supply combos.
I know if read it somewhere in this forum but a search turned up nothing .Is the truck more stable with the front end being toed out or toed in?
Flysky receiver is 37.6 x 22.3 x 13 mm
Traxxas receiver is 38.5 x 25.6 x 16 mm
I ran one and the receiver fits in the Traxxas easily. Not sure where you got your measurements from.Others on this board have and are running it now.

Will the Pro-Trac shock towers work with the Monster Jam body mounts. I seem to recall someone having issues with getting the body mounts to line up correctly with using a Pro-Trac shock tower.

Will the receiver fit in the Traxxas waterproof compartment or will it need to be mounted elsewere.
Would be very leary of anything from Pro-line if the quality is anything like that of the protrac kit I recently got.I'll stick to their wheels and tires and nothing more.

3-n-1 oil for the motor bushings.That electrical cleaner should work just fine. You should upgrade the wheel bushings to bearings. It makes a huge difference in rolling resistance. which will help...
How thin is the Proline medium tire glue.I don't know which to get.
Use machine oil or 3-n -1 oil on both ends of the motor..........use a compressor to blow out the motor before and after you spray it with a good rc cleaner.
You could switch to 50% power at the ESC as well until he gets used to the new power.
Run it at 1/2 throttle for a full battery pack.Then blow it out with air and clean it with a rc motor cleaner.Make sure to lube both ends of the shaft as well.My grandson and I have had Monstor Jam...
