Bumpstart.. or if its bearly touching then trim that section down with a dremel.
Yes probably slightly rich. Its best to get a good tune at a half tank with the engine at operating temp. At 4°c(39°f) it will probably take most of the tank to get to operating temp so a refuel may...
Due to the tank design it runs leaner below half a tank which is why it "runs better" below that level.
You could try this it was in the slayer forum
I have had a good week i just got my hands on a ofna 50007 backplate!!!!! And a trinity pipe,no header tho. I cant wait to get them on.
Not to highjack the thread but i had to tell someone.
I have a silver one from a slayer, i still need to strip it down but it wont take that long to do.
I am in need of a servo horn and linkage for revo 3.3. Any one who has switched to a single setup and has the extra to part with let me know. Thanks
If there is a will there is a way!!! Haha. Im shur you could find a 4cycle glo motor thats small enough for the chassis, but then making a mount and all that other good stuff might be very expensive...
The ofna .28 max is a "mid block" not a true bigblock. That being said the ofna mount is the one you will need
Make shur you oil the OWB with 5W-30 car oil so it doesnt seize to the shaft after a few runs. I learned that the hard way...haha
As long as you maintain it properly you can use it as much as you want
If its moving when its idleing and dying when you apply the brakes makes me think the clutch spring is weak or broke, which would make it hard to start also.
When you rebuilt it did you put the piston in the right way?? With the notch facing the carb.!
Or a THS system for a few more $
The 3.3 manifold doesnt fit the TM...its too small.
Just the pullstart and a glow igniter
Remove the OWB and soak it in denatured alcohol, swish it around, remove and let dry then oil it with 5w-30 SYNTHETIC motor oil.
Thats what i think also
Original or pro?
Tmaxx Chevrons work pretty good!
I got everthing but the chassis from a guy on here converting to a revo, and the chassis from a revo lot a while back.
You will need a crank because the “button” that sits in the starter shaft will not be on there since it will rub the nonstarter backplate.
Its that time again, i am looking for a 3.3 fairly new or close to fresh rebuild. Open to your offerings.
Yeah checked your channel yesterday, looking good.your builds are things i could only imagine. i just wonder what you would do to a Jato!
O.S. .30 VG? Right..that should be verrry fun i am really interested in that engine, i have been thinking of getting one myself
