So those SC10 wheels bolt right up?
So.....where did you get the wheel/rim combo?
Where did you get the tire/rim combo?
Where did you get this information?
Why is that?
On a stock 1/10 Rally system, what is the cutoff voltage for LIPOs?
My boy has been in and out of every part of that car. He is very talented and has a natural knack for mechanical stuff.
I can't catch the little turd on our track....he's doing 18 laps in 5 minutes...
Off road/short course.
My son is very talented and wants to race. Should I go get him a different car or is the Rally capable of being competitive?
Nobody has had this problem?
It doesn't need shims. It needs material removed from the center diff cap. The cap was pushing on the pinion gear causing the rear diff to mesh poorly.
I got the center diffs yesterday and installed one on my Rally. It seems like it needs to be shimmed. Traxxas told me they don't know why some do this and some don't but they have a teflon washer...
I trimmed a bit off of the bottom edges and that's really all it needed. The fronts are rubbing the inside top of the well when I bottom out so I think I'll put a couple coats of shoe goo over those...
I haven't had this much fun in years:woot:....it's even better to be doing it with my son.
I'm going to try it this afternoon....thanks for the tip! :woot:
Sway bars are on the list also. I assume you have them.....do they work well?
I'm stoked to get a couple of those SPC packs but they are perpetually out of stock. :(
I was thinking of a 5000mah 50c....is the 50 c too much ya think?
My buddy has an older Ultimate...
I'll try to get some pics on here asap. *tries to remember photobucket password*
I have the Blue one and my boy has an Orange one....of course you know mine is naturally faster because of...
How do you cut your bodies? I was thinking of using the Dremel with the large sanding drum. I can't imagine my clumsy *&! going at it with scissors.
Thanks for the reply. :D
23 views and no responses? :((
Did I say something wrong? :O.o:
Holy smokes! Our 2 Rallys are like different cars. They really handle well now relative to the stock setup. My boy is blowing my doors off on our back yard track.:O.o:
I just ordered 2 center diffs...
I just popped a shock cap....the car landed upside down so all of the oil ran out.
I don't have a local shop, any ideas on what I could use for oil to get us running again would be appreciated....
What rims would bolt right on with no problems?
I'd prefer a mounted set that was ready to go.
