50, what did you put in the bottom cups? It says to put the stock ones in there but they are way to small. http://img.tapatalk.com/ae34b07c-687c-3fbb.jpg
What is the bar that you have over your shocks?
That looks great! Did you put your switch in the empty servo spot? What is that sleeve that you put over those wires to completely cover them? Very clean and nice!!
You got it! :)
Easy part is done! Do I need to cut the wires on the motor or ESC to shorten them? Or can I cut both?
Thanks! It is just the stick blue body with all the stickers stripped off
I like the look of all the HR stuff and it has been as good as anything else aluminum. The steering assembly has been fine, no problems yet. I ordered the ******* 3800 servo and the S2V Sidewinder...
I haven't mentioned a servo saver?
Installed the Hot racing BB mounting plate
Installed my BB motor plate and mount...now just need to wait until the motor and ESC come in!!
4600kv or 5700kv? I just want it to run cool.
I turned my merv into a roller today. I figure while I am upgrading the servo, I might as well get a BB! :)
Any heat problems with the Castle BB?
Has anyone used the Hot Racing conversion kit?
I am looking to get the SV2 with Neu-Castle 1406-5700kv...
Found this link in another and thought it might be helpful for the servo comparison. Looks like the ******* 390 is the way to
go! There is a 7-30 day wait though.
Thanks for the quick responses. I will start googling :)
Stripped my servo gears...any suggestions on upgrades or do I stay stock and just install two?
Did you clip your body posts off?
Alright, that is awesome!!
Do you have the Velcro on the battery doors to hold the body on?
I installed a mini fan. We'll see how well it works at hitting the ESC and the motor.
Nice! I'll be anxious to hear how it works! Keep me posted!
Finally found a spot for the fan. It actually hits the ESC and motor. Let me know what you guys think!
Got back from FL tonight and put the wheelie bar on and installed one of the four HR axle carriers!
