WOW so much broken parts.
are you running 6s lipo? ore something like that.
this has nothing to do with the parts not beeing strong enough, but more like how you handle the truck
when you use...
my laptimes are much better with a centerdiff , opposite to my laptimes with the slipper.
yes my truck accelerate a bit slower, opposite to my acceleration with slipper.
i hope it is not the lipo cut off system that traxxas uses in the vxl.
If you want to have the MMP with a 550 sized motor. I would advice to get a external BEC.
at first my system had some hickups. but with a cheap external BEC my system is butter smooth
no effect on the truck.. wow and a traxxas rep told that?
Me to has the same problem, but I use the centerdiff . I race and no bash.
my stock motormount is in perfect shape
I always used foams in het holes, so the inside of my bulkhead is fairly clean
sometimes i just replace most parts just for the better handeling the truck has when parts are new..
just like you say.: not much at each joint - but add it together and it is really noticeable
if it is 100+ charges then I should buy every 3 months new Lipo's
It all depends on how you treat them.
I have some 1,5 year old 8000mah 25C lipo's and I have treaten them not so good, and I...
the bellcrank slop is alo my biggest concern with mu slash 4x4.
I just can not gen rid of it.
I have read somewhere that the STRC aluminum bellcrank still has that slop..
this lid is holding up nicely. i used gorrila tape on the inside and after 2 months not a single crack.
thanks for all the great response
I think. that if traxxas didnt made the 2wd slash, there wasnt a jammin or ofna sc truck out there.
thanks to traxxas and traxxas only the sc class is growing huge
dont get me wrong. I love my slash 4x4, I had a jammin scrt10 but sold it again, couse I like the handeling of the slash 4x4 much more than a jammin.
but most jammin drivers keep whining that...
I am getting a bit annoyed by the people complaining that a slash 4x4 can not get a podium place on a short course race
I keep reading that a hyper or a jamming is way superior to a slash 4x4....
I guess that peeps in the USA are not that helpfull to peeps outside the USA that want to see TORC series on the big screen
come on guys, post a torrent!!
if someone would be so kind to record this and put it up for download. so that we outside the USA can also watch this..
I would buy the KIT version
I have enough motors, speedo's and TX/RX
you can get a complete diff from ebay for around 10 to 12 euro's incl shipping.
bought it in the USA and shipped to the Netherlands
Front and rear diffs ase the same. only the fluids...
I dont bash, just race, and I broke 1 within 5 minutes after instalation..
wheelbase of the honcho kit version is 12.3
im using the velinion motor in a 10.5T cup
im keeping the velinion speedo as backup
you can make me beleive alot.
but the leaking blue o-rings in the diff has little to do with a proper rebuild.
I do know what it takes to rebuild a diff and like many others those blue o-rings get...
stil no video ?
this looks awsome, got any vids on how this handles on the track?
great job !!!!
XXX-T shocks ase more smooth then bigbores. and the threaded shockbody is awsome. superfast finetuning the ridehight
in bigbores I use 45wt. and 60wt in the losi XXX-T shock
I use the black piston...
