I don't see how the engine would be affected, the motor would be in the compression bit when the broken part of the sleeve reaches the ports.
If the sleeve isn't scratched, I would just smooth the broken edge of the piston, and run it....
Well, since no one wanted to help me fine springs that would fit my rustler, I set out to find them on my own.
So here is a list, WITH part numbers and spring rates.

I suck at that kind of stuff, and my LVC just started having problems.

Zip tie the spring retainer to the spring, so at least you wont keep losing them.
I know the rear arms are on wrong, and I have already fixed them.

So it is exactly like his... except the toe out.
I just got a bunch of FLM stuff for my rusty, and I am having issues with the A-arms (regular length). I have used their supplied steering links but there is still excessive toe...

That is one of the most closed minded things I have ever read on this forum!
The revving up is normal. Ideally it should stop after 4ish seconds, but it is on break in settings. So its should be around 7-8 seconds.
Dry ice would work, but you have to be 18 to get it.
I like my Mugen MBX5T rims.
It is either a failed OWB or an incorrectly installed OWB.
Just wait until you step into the 1/8th scale nitro world.
I spent $2,500.00 just to get my 1/8th and get it decent parts. Add another $300-500 for replacement parts and tires.... A few burnt up...
Actually, if you where a "real" racer you would know that RPM arms flex too much to be good on a track car.
