Pretty much yeah. Usually disharge on a low amp (amp or lower) so not really that much energy
If they dont last a week even on 4s im guessing u dont shim them properly?
A 50w charger uses aprox 1 hour to charge a 5000mha lipo +some time to balance but hardly any current drawn after the first hour. So about 0,05 kwh x 0.1814 $ = nada ;-)
Discharging should not use...
+1 on the turbuckles/pushrod unless you only race.
Talons ballon like crazy & lift your front end.
But should not be a problem with 6s & good batteries. Mine does a backflip at half speed, wheelies any time you punch the throttle.
It is all about prefrence, many diffrent looks out there. Just an example.
I'm very happy with the Response Pro tire, only run 6s no problem after many hours of use. Mine are pre-mounted on dish wheels witch is 1/2" offset (makes wheelbase 1" wider) great upgrade together...
If you want wider use some 1/2" offset wheels like these http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXUTH2&P=7
Not wider, longer. So the hole further back is 19mm longer wheelbase than stock, front one 10mm.
Pretty much same look as stock?? You can get the stock one i clear if it is the grafix/colour you don`t like
Never had an problem with softcase in the e-revo, even hitting a soccer goal post at full speed they where fine.
Great news, but why do you link to your buildtread where it says they don't? Might be a bit confusing
No need to change the tow links.
No, direct fit. You can choose 10mm or 19mm longer wheelbase
Overlooked that part of your post. Did you try to boil it before putting it in bleech? As it seems to be hard to dye them without boiling/hot water, it might be the same other way around? Just a...
No experience with dye, but it might be possible to bleech the grey chassi first to be able to use a lighter shade of green.
Over 10% increase in speed(in theory) so not insignificant, but sure it will be fine if you keep temps down
I brush off as much as I can and put mine on the floor (electric heated) when I come home, cant really say it is rusting much at all.
No more problem with 20/54 than 24/54 as shown in the speed chart, can't show them all. Just keep an eye on temps, you could kill your esc/motor on pretty much any gearing if you go full speed all...
As long as you keep an eye on temps it should be ok, do not run 4s so do not really know for sure.
if you get 35mph on 18/65 as you said in first post 18/54 would give you about 42mph(theoretic)...
Just a tip, 20/58 is just +/-3% higher geared than 18/54 so not much more speed for the cost of a new pinion. But if you plan to use it with a 54 it makes sence.
I like mine on 18/58 but with 6s,...
You can run the short shafts as well, but the dust boot will stretch & tear after a while.
Yes you can run proline tires as the badlands with the stock wheel/rim. Badlands is a very good allround tire, good traction on most surfaces. Bigger tires as the Trenchers X etc is nice for offroad...
Sure it would be cheaper to just sell the 2,5 & get a brusless e-revo
