When mounting the sidewinder you will just have to mount it sideways on a bracket or something like that. I have it on two small shelf brackets, but I want to make a carbon fiber one to make it a bit...
That's awesome man! I love those rims, where'd you get them?
That's awesome Mrmerv76! That is what I was planning to do but with my slash and possibly a chassis upgrade.
Awesome looking (you mentioned) and supposedly the carbon fiber is much lighter and much stiffer than the stock chassis.
So has anyone used the carbon fiber chassis before?
Has anyone ever used the carbon fiber chassis? I think it seems cool.
So I haven't worked on my Mini Slash at all lately, and I have thought for a while now that it would be cool to turn it into a lowered, lightweight on-road racing machine. Now I don't know much, so I...
That is good to know because I am not advanced enough where I find it easy and relaxing to take apart an rc transmission. (That's why my Race Kart is nice, it's chain driven)
Would gearing up be "mandatory?"
So the LiPo will fix my issue of being slower?

I was out raking leaves but I just did this and now ill go out and test it. Thanks so much!
Well it seems to go forward and backwards fine, but the steering is opposite. How do I fix that?
Thanks for your input!
I mounted up the servo and the man at hobbytown said he'd be able to solder the esc tomorrow so I'd say we are on the home stretch
The glue is drying right now I glued it with scotch super glue and its seems very strong put I'm putting more around the seams like caulking to add structure because it would not be good if that...
Since the servo is smaller I put my sisters 3D scrapbooking tape on each side.

Oh sorry I didn't see that
If what does not work?
Just in time I was just about to cut it!
I made the hole bigger and threaded it so now time to extend the arm.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/23/2e8e6u3a.jpg
Ok thanks revoman
I reconnected it to the stock servo so I wouldn't loose it.
Now I am pretty sure what I have to do. Although all of the holes are too small. Do I just carve them out bigger or do I use the hardware that came with the servo.
Here sorry about my minuscule vocabulary. This picture is saying: Which one of the white things on the bottom should I use to hook onto the thing on the top, since none of the fit under the servo...
