and no, when i bought the truck the guy at my LHS told me to run it through a tank of gas with the wheels of the ground, i hope he got fired, i only ran it with...
ive tried adjusting the idle screw and it makes the truck want to take off, when i adjust it to a safe idle, the truck dies, and when i restart it, its like the idle screw has shifted and the truck...
So, i tried to run my truck once again today, after installing an after market pipe, and still the same frustration, i cant get the truck to idle for more than 7 seconds, and the only way to keep it...
Haha, don't be sorry, if we're having the same problems then we both need this thread, im pretty sure when i got my truck a while back, i tried tightening the servo thing at the bottom, maybe I'll go...
Well, i replaced all the batteries, and the steering servo is still sluggish when the wheels are lifted off the ground. The throttle servo is quite responsive though. Is it possible that it is too...
thanks a lot Nitro, last night though it hit me, i put an after market pipe and a motosaver air filter on, could that be the reason its not tuning properly, or so easily?
i've tried adjusting the throttle trim as well, nothing seems to work.

So, i have a sportmaxx right now, and I'm looking to get a nitro rustler, I'm probably going to sell my sportmaxx to get it, but I'm wondering, can you still bash with a rustler, or do they break...

well, i can keep it started, as long as i keep tapping the gas or if its driving, but it wont stay started when idling.
yeah, everything is nice and tight, im pretty sure the head isnt stripped, but i'll check, and how tight should you have the glowplug
well, i figured i'd take my maxx out on the gorgeous day, so i did. Except when it starts, it idles funny, and then stalls, which got me stumped, i adjusted the idle, but still wouldn't stay started,...
I had the same problem with my 2.5 sportmaxx, my problem was one of the header screws was loose, check them out.

Hmm, i haven't noticed my sportmaxx tires ballooning much...but i think im going to get those rims, and sporttraxx tires
I think im going to pick up 4wd for my truck, because i dont want reverse, and honestly, how many times have you been stuck against that curb and cant get out...with 4WD you'll be able to go over...
will these fit my truck?
and Chevy, will they still balloon with foams in them?
can someone link me to a set of beadlocks that would fit my truck, so i know what to look for?
Also, im looking for a new set of wheels, any suggestions?
I use it on the road very rarely, and mostly go to construction sites, so im mostly on dirt...

thanks, i couldn't tell, you know, considering I've said servo every other time.
well, im probably heading to the hobby shop tomorrow, or sometime soon, i just noticed that my gas tank has a leak, so i'll take a look at some servo's and a hump pack.
