PL speed hawgs, best traction onroad on my merv.
You could get less idiotic friends? <_<
Still for sale guys, $100
These normally sell for about $130 from a place like towerhobbies or an LHS
I'm willing to sell it for $100 now, shipping will be $6.50 for anywhere in Lower 48.
Remember, this is a completely New In Box item; sealed in original packaging from the Traxxas factory.
It is because of the extra weight from the second pack, the extra power it supplies only goes to spinning the tires and the extra weight keeps the front end down.
The merv is also higher than the mini slash. This causes a higher COG which makes the car more unstable and therefore easier to wheelie.
With gearing, tooth count is what matters. With another type of mechanical advantage such as a lever or pulley, its the dimensions that matter.
On one hand the smaller size is a plus because it does not take up as much space, the batteries are cheaper. However, it is annoying especially running offroad because obstacles that a bigger vehicle...
Where can i buy gone bananas?
My experience with most lipos including SPC is that they come at a nominal "storage" voltage of 3.7 v/cell
What annoys me is that most traxxas products have always come with steel hollow balls, but for some reason now we have to buy those separately.
They are HPI monster SS. They have a great offset if you are trying to get your stance wider for more turning stability. If you like them, I recommend getting the cheaper black ones because the...
After being rear-ended by my buddy's emaxx, I finally got around to getting a new chassis and rear bulkhead. I saw how many of you like to dye the grey parts like the chassis and the rocker arms...
Having aluminum bulkhead only on the front will not affect performance other than the weight distribution. It will make your front a bit heavier but other than that, nothing with change.
I bought the same fan about a year ago and it died after a few runs. Waste of money.
I just broke my rear differential case again, which is annoying because every time that happens it takes the chassis with it.
Would i be better off going aluminum?
Which manufacturers are known...
To loosen the servo saver, just remove the top part of the steering assembly and use your wheel X-wrench to loosen the nut on the left part of the steering assembly.
I just had a mild crash and my steering bellcrank assembly cracked at the front where the toe links screw on. I am thinking of upgrading to an aluminum setup. I was going to buy some other stuff...
That is unfortunate. It is said to cause damage to the cells if it exceeds 4.2 volts/cell by any margin. Monitor those batts until they are back under the safe threshold. If you have an extra...
Wolf, what tires are those?
Yeah, me too :$#!!:
I got the gh racing ones, and i have to say, the aluminum part is great, but they put these horribly plastic pivot ball caps in there that strip out very very easily. I called gh and complain so they...
In my experience, and others had this problem as well, the RPM carriers quickly develop a very loose fit for the axle bearings which results in a substantial amount of slop.
Because i have the on/off switch for the sidewinder ziptied in place.
