I decided to due this project because of the summit coming out and my slash wasnt cutting it so i made an E Slayer
1) All stock a arms for slayer
2) Steering rods for slayer
im gonna start a thread for it today so you can see
converted mine to an e slayer that goes about 35 mph
do you think the velenion would work with that gearing as well
what would you suggest would be the best motor setup/ gearing for this conversion?:D

would the traxxas velenion system work in the e revo? if it matters im running 8.4 4600 dtx batteries?
whats the highest top speed anyone has gotten the slash up to with the vxl system?
i picked up another stock slash motor and i ended up keeping the stock pinion but went with a 90 spur. ran it for a full battery bashing it like usual but this time check the motor for heat problems...
whats the best gearing setup so my motors dont blow up?
the 19t motor was a greedy 19t challanger spec motor.. mesh was good i used the paper trick if that helps
took my stock motor with stock esc and 23/86 gearing with a 7cell 4600 and smoked the motor unsure why it blew maybe you could help with that part.. then i took my other motor which was a 19t to use...
would the 23/86 gearing be good or would that make everything overheat?
