And the miracle inside with the protective cover on:
VonGearStripper, now you just need a gyro to swap all your commands when you are flipped, and you have my dream car.
the receiver is LINK, but the transmitter is not. Unfortunatelly PeterV explained too well how is the situation with the transmitters. You can call our transmitters "castrated" Links because we don't...
my dewalt: ebay
More than clear now.
Mine is 01/2011 and all things are the same as the one VonGearStripper has.
How big must be the covered distance for "high output link" and how big for normal radios?
i am willing to make a distance test.
You are right. But the #2240 is not mentioned either on that page...
One more think about "the Link"
On the back of the transmitter i have a sticker that says "4 Channel - Model #2244" but according to the Traxxas Transmitters page this model does not exist. Also,...
What makes the Link to be Link is not the sticker on the transmitter but the functions. A Traxxas representative could make some light here.
Afaik, the radio with "Multi-Function knob" is the one you should have if you have the "new" Summit. And that radio is the "Link" one according to Traxxas transmitters page, because it is the only...
For me (and many others), THAT particular one yes, it is. Way offtopic. :)
I am sure you will do fine whatever "bugatti" you chose for yourself.
I know, i have 2 futaba radios. But this particular Sanwa it's a kick-but(t). You can say mercedes is mercedes, but it is put to shame by bugatti. My 2 cents.
One little suggestion: try to upload your clips to youtube, it will be easier for all to see them.
FugaPrecipitosa, you can switch your radio for the newcomer Sanwa MT4 :)
It is stated in manual: no diff-lock on 2nd speed. Wich brings me a question: why traxxas have not set the diff-lock to automatically engage when you switch to 2nd speed? We all know why we engage...
A friend just bought a Tekin RX8 and will send it to me for a test on Summit, as far as i know it is superior to mamba on this particular model. I preffer brushed motors for now because of the water....
Got mine few days ago. It has the new "link" radio, so does not matter what it says on the box. As for the needs you have, read the posts of the guys that have Dewalt motors instead of Titan775, i...
Just stock for now. Body lowered ~1"
Dewalt 14.4V one for sure...
I have followed RSmodelstore method. I did this For 2 reasons: 1. he knows what he's saying. 2. you can call me "good at electronics" so i can judge with my own head why this method works. My only...
one more please: what should i get for the stronger center shafts if i have ordered these? or should i keep stock ones?
