Yup, I've had mine now for a little over three weeks.
I've run my Slash the pure stock motor, with a Orion Pro BB 15t and a 17t and with a MM 4600. The Pro BB 17t was excellent but I'm not the "change brushs" type of guy. The MM 4600, dialed in through...
Geolanders mounted on 4 stock 3772 Traxxas rear rims fit very nicely inside the Slash body with no more than normal rub. They maintain the stock width but do have a wider contact patch.
I dropped a BB 15T into the slash yesterday. With the stock gearing, it goes like stink but the temps really get up there quickly. I switched out the gearing to the same as mass-tmaxx, 16/86. Very...
One of out LHS's up here has introduced the Slash for $187.00 as a Memebers price. They have a "Members Club" which costs $20 a year. As a member, you will pay a considerable lesser amount for your...
Yeah, found that out last night too. I used a little

Good looking start. If I tried that in the back yard, the missus would have me living out there with the raccoons.:)
Sounds like the ex's cooking.
Oh yeah, that is carnage. Sweet.:D
Both my VXL Rustler and XVL Bandit cog. I call it the Traxxas Two Step.:)
Lol...I'd lead the pack in age. :) Heck, I forget what I had for breakfast.
Swpped out Rx's the first day. I'm using a Spektrum X3. You might want to pick up a Y-harness first. It will make setting up the two servos a lot easier.
Thanks for the input guys. I'm a total dork when it comes to anything electrical. Heck, I get the wife to change burnt light bulbs.
The PS will only be used in doors when my deep cycle boat battery...
I picked up a couple of Hyperion EOS 5iDP chargers to use as my "field" units and was looking at picking up a power supply for them to power them a home and at the local indoor track. My LHS as a...
