you need to dremel the stock clutch nut or buy the M2C clutch nut so the M2C springs slide in their "groove"
Other peoples opinion of "squatting bad" might be different from mine but most Revos squat pretty hard while accelerating. The vid seemed normal for a Revo with CD.
Revo K'os, do you have sway...
A general weight for a race Revo is about 8.5-9lbs. A stock Revo weighs around 9.5lbs.
I have seen race Revos weigh as little as 7.5lbs but to me they didn't handle as well as a heavier truck....
yeah, Integy=crap for the most part. I had that clutch on my picco.21 midblock and it lasted one race.
I use the M2C racing clutch shoes (the 2-shoe setup) and they seem to work great so far....
There's no other way to get better except to race more!
I think Racers Edge makes one to. It's called the "Mid-Block Mount" or something like that.
try a new plug even if you think the one currently installed 'looks' good. Unless the plug currently installed is new.
Is your glow igniter charged?
The response pro's rock on my local track in Austin. GREAT on power steering.
Nice job in Edmonton Matt!
Traxxas needs a Canada guy right?
someone had to say it!!!!
You have email :)
Im the same dude that posted on sgrid :)
in the vids it seems like your truck isn't revving as much as it could/should....it's due to the amount of oil in the fuel you were using.
you can use heli gas it just runs like a turtle and smokes like a chimney. 22% oil
if your bashing just get the regular one...comes RTR as opposed to needing a bunch of stuff to get up and running.
If racing go with the Platinum, but be aware, you can't just install a EZ start...
