I haven't tried it.... because I love the pullstart way better than EZ start.
Wasp doesn't rev as much as the TRX...... the power is also not as good as the TRX...... 2.5 is a way better...
No... the 2.5 exhaust will not work.
The tuned pipe I'm using is Traxxas# 4942 and the header you need is Traxxas# 4940
Oh yeah and also the flywheel nut (clutch adapter) off the .15 (part# 4144)
The wasp I got from Tower was a direct replacement for a 2.5 (using 2.5 slide carb linkage) BUT the exhaust is on the side... so I purchased a .15 header and installed a Traxxas blue pipe.
They look like the Losi shocks I have on mine.
The problem I would see is the width of the shock... it would not clear the opening on the upper arms.
Well being single now and also being my B-day (on V-day... I know it stinks.... but it was good when I had a GF). I got myself a Valentines day gift.:D
I got some used tires and the exhaust header from him.... here's a pic of them installed on my truck.
maxxwrenchin Excellent seller... fast shipping.... part are better than expected.
I ran that on my friends Sportmaxx when he first got it (to break it in) and I had a hard time getting it to keep it's tune...... Now he's running Traxxas fuel and it's much better... as far as...
I'll take the tires but also... how much for the .15 header????
BTW my email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Might be interested in the stock maxx tires..... do you take paypal????
All you need to make it work with the 2.5 clutchbell is the clutch nut for the .15 T-maxx/Rustler. Traxxas part # 4144... it's only $5
Is it sold or still available??????
how much for all the misc stuff (I just need the lower battery box thing in the picture under the chassis braces)
$40 is all I have in paypal right now.
I can do $40 right now
How about $30 for everything shown???
Good Seller..... good comunication.
What's the best Hinge pins out there?????
I find the factrory hinge pins bend very easily..... also tried the stainless steel hinge pins and managed to bend them slightly with mostly breaking in...
I think he's refering to those Medium block .21's that are made to drop right into a T-maxx (without a conversion kit).
If you look closer in the pic (on the link posted above) they show and mention the O-ring between the plate and the case (on the actual screws) to keep the brake disk centered.
You forgot the O-ring mod. I'm going to try this.
Instant power and no jerking..... and more possible to wheelie with the direct drive FOC.
How much you asking for the chassis and the bunch of screws???
