I have one too. It is really a great engine and has crazy power in a Jato.
Yes. They both use the same type of metric screws.
I have a Dubro on mine. It works fine.
I have Ofna adapters with ProLine wheels and have had no problems with them at all.
I use 30 in mine front and rear.
The factory settings are very rich. It will get much better once you start to lean it out.
I use Traxxas CVD's on my on road Jato and they have been great. They are more difficult to install than the stock shafts as these replace the side gears in the diff so you have to remove and open up...
Here is the best view I have of my New Era mount. It is screwed into the two countersunk holes in the shock tower.
Very nice job!
I have had one of those bodies for 4 months now trying to decide how I want to paint it.
I have this one on my Jato.
I agree with the others. The wing protects your cooling head and acts as a second wheelie bar.
I tried locking velcro on mine but it came apart in a pretty hard cartwheel. I am going to try some good servo tape or zip ties next.
Nice! I will definitely be getting these once they are available.
You are better off with the 2nd one as it has a 6 amp charge rate. It will take forever to charge an 8000mah lipo at 3 amps.
You need a 12v power supply for both of those chargers.
here is a great...
I just bought that charger yesterday. The 110v plug is so nice compared to the DC only charger I was using.
Took 50 minutes on my 5000mah lipo at 5 amps and 70 minutes for my 8000 lipo at the...
You can unplug it and plug it back in and it will start another cycle.
I have offset Maximizers I use for bashing. They are holding up well but are a lot heavier than a dish wheel.
That servo you used has less torque than 1 of the stock servo's. You need more servo torque if you want strong steering.
I love my Spektrum DX 3.0
It is pretty normal. I changed the oil weight on my brand new REVO before ever even driving it and some of the stock oil had leaked out.
You can buy a replacement case if you need it.
Your only real choice is to tune the final drive ratio like you said with the CB and spur gear. The 2nd gear screw just adjusts how soon/late the trans shifts into 2nd.
There are no different ratio...
Mine have been fine so far. No issues at all with popping beads or wheels coming apart at all.
Very nice! Looks like the break in went well.
Did you charge it yet? It needs to be fully charged otherwise the servo's will twitch.
