LOL, That looks just like my 3.3. Except for the muffler and tires. I run the pull start, red Tbuckles, CVDz. WOW thats a trip since I've never seen that "original Jato" design before. Thats cool.
I'm down for the drive. I hear ya on wanting to run it at 3:00 AM. I have two acres in the city, not too many neighbors around, so I can just barely get away with it.
My Wife and I have family in Siloam Springs. We travel up that way several times a year. Fayetteville is right on the way.
I've lived in North Little Rock for years and there really isn't much in terms of organized racing. Only one track in L.R. and its a home owned track, good people though and well kept track. Other...
Good work. Nice performance for that type surface.
+1. get the rechargeable 5-cell flatpack, and mount mid-chassis IMO.
I say fix the 4 cell alkalines, in the back....thats being critical on my behalf LOL
Sry, looks like that last pic was the latest.
1=steering, 2=throttle, 3=nothing....will move servos either way but will just be backwards.
Nice job!!!! Beautiful Jato ther Killa!!!!
I totally agree, LOL.
Not sure speed.....I dont see how they could break. I've had them on other r/c vehicles for years and never a problem.
The "crowd pleaser" body from Proline looks the best imo.
Cut out the windshield.
Other than that, duct tape a box fan on the hood.haha.
I've had the red turnbuckles for a couple months. I've already broke one of the front steering ones. If I were you I would get the titanium ones from lunsford racing....
There is a tiny drain hole toward the front of the gas tank that spouts out to the botom of the chassis. Take a small paperclip or something and make sure it is free from debris to allow for excess...
There has been several threads on this. Take a look at this one.
On second thought....it is kinda ugly. I must be sobering up.
Wings hold the back end down for traction on WOT.....dont listen to NitroStench, He is a dirt basher. Dont even think my boy has reached limits on top end. HAHA
I like that ther.......NitroStench is my hommie and a TARD LOL
Why run a K&N filter anyway? Is it because it looks better? This is an actual question not tryin' to be smart-a-- bout it.
I have the windshield of my body cutout fully. I'm able to keep the body on, reach in, and grab the T-handle of pull start. Then apply glow plug ignitor and start crankin'.
Note>>>>when the engine...
I've switched to pull start and like it.
If its still fairly new then I would recomend the sleeve, piston, and connecting rod. For the price of those new items, you should take advantage of the Traxxas engine replacement program. Send that...
Yeah, warmer weather means richen up. LSN was probably it.
There is a thread on this. You may want to take a look at.
