Its a know issues with the two channel system. It is what it is for the price.
On my MMP the fan started to make a noise at start up, I cleaned with nitro cleaner then put one drop of bearing oil on it. Three year old all is good.:thumbup:
To me your landings are to hard, up your shock oil by 10 or so, to create piston pack. With it bending at the motor screws, its only an observation.;)

The MMP is more than capable. and...
The new ESC can run all motors, with auto detect.
Its your slipper clutch, It needs to be tightened up.

Thanks El Sob, that choppy four pole feel, confirms that the motor is a 4pole motor. Traxxas its about time, know how about a motor mount that will not flex, to handle your new motor. JMO
