    No you don't have to buy anything than the TM523 kit for Revo.
    You just reuse your clutch, flywheel and you pullstart.

    Make sure that the is no dirt/dust in the tranny...

    Make sure that the is no dirt/dust in the tranny and make sure that the "wheel" slides easy on the axle. And check that your reverse servo is pulling that "fork" enough that engage the gear properly.

    If yes, I believe that the "wheel" that shifts between forward and reverse migt get stuck between the to gears... (that happend to me once)
