My mate has bought some to replace his twisted stockers, I just thought these might be liable to twist due to the diameter of them but yea I agree something else will break first lol, nice and shiny...
And what are the chances of it twisting compared to the stocker?
Yes sorry about that lol, all the other transmitters I've had I could fully control using one hand but the layout on the TQI is a bit spacious lol
Took it for a spin this morning, I was trying to hold my phone and control the summit at the same time lol so excuse the driving and camera work....
Baja hubs will work fine too.
Will do :)
I've got a set of elcon quartz to try aswell, I think they will be awesome
I don't like the idea of 23mm adapters as the hex's are 24mm.
I decided I would make my own adapters :)
After having a look through my spares box, I found 4 new Losi 5T wheel hubs & nuts, I...
I won't tow anything with these but I'm interested to see how she crawls lol
These are deffo on my list of things to get, looks good and practical
Well impressed with the trenchers :) they'll be even better when they soften up a touch
Yes they are the trencher X mounted on 1/2" offset desperado's, I'll take my daughter out for a pull along tomorrow :)
I added around 0.8KG of weight to the front last night and it pulled that...
She's looking good now :)
I'll try and go for a test run tomorrow
Cheers mate, I've been out lids of times since it been fitted and it doesn't get in the way at all :)
I went out for a 2hr walk with my 2 daughters today, it tired my youngest one out lol...
Yes I am, hopefully the 775 will give up soon so I can go to the dewalt lol
I used some 5mm thick alloy box section. I cut an angled piece out and with a bit of filing it slots up perfect behind my rpm bumper bracket.
I popped a 3mm button head bolt through the rpm mount...
Thanks for the input mate, I've got some trenchers on the way.
If they don't last then I'll go for the slingers
That sounds sweet to me, I've found some pre-mounted 1/2" offset trenchers in stock so I'll order them later :)
Not too keen on the mashers, I think a block tread type of tyre would be more efficient.
I'm in the uk and can't get any big joes anywhere.
I think I might be settling for the trenchers as they...
The badlands do look like they would dig in for better grip off road.
Whichever tyres I choose will be strictly for off road, they will never see Tarmac or gravel.
Any other makes considered,...
Here's the trailer that I'm pulling with my two kids in:
My stock tyres are ok but when I went...
Sounds like I need the alloy slipper, I'll get it ordered now.
I'm running the 775 and using lipo's, I've tweaked the slipper up twice but it still squeals like a ***** when I'm gunning it off road :(
Do I keep tweaking it up till it stops??
Thanks for all the replies and info.
To be honest I'm finding the top speed slow because I'm switching between using this and my Losi 5ive.
I'll just wait until I kill the stock 775 then I'll look...
Ok mate thanks for that.
Yes I'm still running the 775, would you have a model number of the dewalt motor that people use?
