Pm me I forgot to give you the cover that day.
It's the SV34600
I tried running the 30t pinion and 83t spur and it hits thermal shutdown within 5 minutes.
At this point anything that I can run for more than 20 minutes will be fine.
I've tried every gearing setup I could think of and the motor still hits thermal shutdown. What gearing setup should I run?
It's definitely a rustler just an older version to the newest one because it doesn't have a 2.4 ghz radio but all the parts are the same as the newest one.
I know this has been covered many time but I'm running a 3s lipo with a 45t spur and can't remember which pinion I had in my old 1/16 slash to not get hot. What would you recommend for hard bashing?
What gearing would I have to use to get the most top speed?
I've had the truck since the first day it came out and the new slipper pad vs the old looks nothing like it. I just have to put it back together and test it.
Yes it does
The pad looks pretty worn down I've had the truck since the first day it came out. Tightening the slipper clutch doesn't make a difference and diffs are fairly new.
If the slipper clutch pads are bad will it cause the truck not to move?
I have a rustler 3710 with the black chassis, Can I use the newer gears in the old transmission?
I figured it out I wasn't paying attention and put it in backwards.
I just changed the front diff in my rally and the front wheels don't spin at all only the rear did I miss something?
What options do I have as far as tires for the slash? Can I use the trenchers?
How can I lower the car more than it already is it flips over way too easily on high speed runs.
You can't use the sway bars if you use the RPM bumper.
Is there supposed to be any kind of grease in the transmission. Mine is dry and it looks like there's never been any type of grease in it.
Ok thanks because I thought I forgot something.
Where do you put the o rings they give you because in the directions it doesn't say anything about putting the o rings on so I left them off.
You can but you should watch your temperature on the motor.
Do I have to change anything other than the drive shafts? My friend keeps breaking them after every week of running.
OK thanks because if I just buy a new plastic one the same thing will happen again.
Do they hold good and won't pop out on 3s?
