Get the traxxas cvds. Well worth it. And get the center drives too. May wanna mess around with esc settings too, like punch control. 6s can rip this thing apart
I have to run at least 60wt in mine for decent dampening
Arent those wheels/tires not very wide? I would like to find some around 5" in diameter and 3" wide. Either way, it doesn't look like Ill be able to find any under $50.
I had a tire blow out, so now Im looking for a lightweight truggy style wheel with an offset? Does anyone have any links to some good deals???
Plus you can buy all waterproof
Are they the hotbodies d8 shocks? If so I bet its plush. I would highly recommend those. These trucks are heavy, and traxxas shocks just aren't beefy enough( I take that back, I think they have a new...
Hey pirate, I'm over here in Biloxi MS, not too far from u. Its been shut down here too. I have a trex500 and a few planes I'd like to fly also. My emaxx and rally will most likely get some runtime...
If u don't plan on running 6s, just get the hd diffs from traxxas. U shouldn't have any issues on 4s, esp 3s. I run 5s with no issues for over a year now. You may want to see if the diffs need shims...
It will most likely run hot on 3s no matter what. Wait till summer on your second batt :)
Make sure ur front wheels hub bearings aren't too worn.
I would just try and avoid submerging it
Dynamite diamond tip have been great. Had them for 2 years now. Tight tolerance and won't strip. Used on 5 traxxas trucks, 5 planes, trex 500, and other non rc stuff. Ive had the bondhus and I found...
Are u running 6s? And was yours brushless from the start, not converted? If yes to both, NFS is right on.
Is the savox waterproof?
nice! I like the all black under the clothes too. Good job.
I got a cheap golden horizons front and rear aluminum and haven't had a prob in over a year.
I like to buy them used now. I bought mine for $350 and haven't had a problem in over a year. A lot of the time, you can get them with batteries and upgrades already on them.
Your missing out not building it yourself! Its intimidating first time around, but after that it makes any adjustments or broken parts easy to do yourself. Take the money saved and get the flm shock...
Hobbywing has a cheaper alternative for 1/8 trucks.
Prolly a bad servo
Did throttle work? Any other rx input working? 2.4ghz? sounds like interference?
