avoid cirrus like the plague !
i went through 6 on steering and 5 on throttle in less than 3 months. (not kidding)
they aren't waterproof at all, if you just go through a bit of damp grass or even...
i bought 2 spare batteries for my mini-t just incase.
dont usually have to run it tho cos the other 6 cars keep me busy :)
sorry mate but i cant figure what you mean?
please explain again, what happened when you hit 2nd gear?
i agree with this statement, especially with turbo plugs !
the RB range is produced by sirio so yes they are the same engine.
sirio have not discontinued the .23 because i bought mine 3 weeks...
as long as your tuning is right!
i fitted an uprated head on my trx 2.5 and ran 16% nitro
on a really cold day i went through 14, yes 14 plugs because i just couldn't get the tune right.
sounds crazy but when you re-install the restrictor, pick up your revo and give it some throttle. gradually increase the throttle and keep an eye on the fuel tank. sometimes the restrictor causes too...
i believe that is why RDOG1 said you would have to re-tune. nitro acts as an engine coolant so yes less nitro means more heat but to combat that you simply richen the mixture.
as for poor...
without the restrictor in the pipe the pressure isn't high enough and you end up with your engine running lean at idle, not a good thing i managed to toast a picco .21 that way :(
i find the 3.3 runs well on model technics 25% pro-power, holds a nice tune and doesn't over stress the engine
it wont dramatically effect the life of the engine, however make sure yhe compression isn't too high.
i think 30% is out of the TRx's safety range, possibly need another head shim to lower the...
i can vouch for the 985 on steering, but i went for 2 and used a heavy duty servo saver spring.
there's no real secret to it, your servos don't need to be connected but you do need power to your receiver. your manual should explain the procedure, i believe it was hold down the receiver bind...
i had one do that , welded itself to the clutch bell. turned out it was only 6065 ally instead of 7075 :(
correct, you wouldn't get any interferance because you are not using the same frequency band as either 27 or 40 mhz. also the range of interference from an engine is only upto 300hz, the spektrum...
that sucks !
have you tried the team losi alloy 3 piece? it works great with my sirio .23 and trinity pipe.

actually because the spectrum will centralise your servos they don't try to fight each other and as for them eating your battery there's only one thing to say - get a bigger battery!
i have a 1400...
some rechargeable AA batteries are slightly "fatter" than disposeables but are also a little shorter. my rechargeables wouldn't fit in my TQ3 and were too short to connect with the terminals in my...
the rb range is actually made by sirio but not finished to the same quality. the sirio .23 has the same power output as an rb .28.
the issue with picco engines is the bearings, these have a nasty...
i am currently running the DX3.0, without going into detail this is infact only a 2 channel radio system but uses channel mixing to synthasize a third channel.
it takes some setting up and tbh i...
i'm currently using the spectrum DX3.0 and twin Hitec 985MG's with the heavy duty servo saver spring and it's incredible how fast it throws the wheels around !
almost forgot, your standard radio gear will "run" a digital servo but you just won't be able to program it.
i'm currently using two hitec 945MG's on my steering with the uprated servo saver spring and it's great, especially with my new DX3.0 radio set.
re digital servos - these are programmable for use in...
one of my friends owns a model shop and i help out with repairs etc, i have noticed a worrying number of revo 3.3's being brought in for engine replacements. 2 of the customers have had their engines...
without a doubt one of the best engines on the market.
it will wheely on command and holds a tune perfectly.
