I hit 214° on my castle 3800 and mm2 setup and that's on spc 2s. It was in purpose lol as I was trying to see what it would do. Mashing on it full throttle and doing 360's on dirt haha #Yolo

Both stock and proline Lol. The water might of been to hot maybe or left for too long, who knows. I now use heat gun to dismount tires.
I have both 2wd and 4wd pedes and drive the 4wd most because it's a totally different beast. 4x4 and aggressive tires will go over pretty much everywhere.
oh believe me, the 4 wheels i tripped were up to spec as far as equipment. them 3s are no joke.
i guess the other solution is to loosen the clutch, but who wants to do that, theres no fun in that...

Not really. It pops right out. When you pop the wheel off, the pin should be positioned horizontal so the pin won't fall and lost.
Then when ready to install wheel again, simply place the pin back...
Man I'd just leave it like it was from factory. It's already 30ish years old and might be worth more as time goes by. Mod up your XL5 instead, it has less value and every part is available.
