What's the difference between the xo1 hubs and the e maxx/revo summit?
I already have the 6mm axles stubs to convert. But can't figure out what is the black spacer shown in the pics of the xo1 hub?
They do put out some smoke. not much but they do ,its kinda hard to see in the video
Thanks. I would have kept going until I shater a wheel or have blow all tires ,but I guess it was more than the spur could handle
Thanks man! Mm2 2200kv on 6s! Enough said. ....:woot::wacko:
If you roll it by hand, does it move freely?
If it does ,take the motor off and try to turn the pinon by hand
What type of battery are you using?
lol...they didn't have that much traction getting me some trenchers ,so why not do something fun
No ,spur gear...

Thanks for the info.
Ill make sure I have my flashlight ready to inspect it good tomorrow morning
.any particular places I should look for cracks?
Hey guys I am looking at a new summit for me (used) for what the guy tells me has been used for a few hrs...we are supposed to meet tomorrow afternoon, so what should I look for , weak points, hiden...
It will fit but you still have to get bulkheads and stuff ...you be better off buying the complete kit part # 7421
Wow. ..you would almost need a closed highway or an airport runway. .I have a parking lot about the size of a soccer field behind my apt, and I can barely go full throttle on mine before I have to...
Looking good Billy, what kind of speeds are you after?
Cool I'll give this a try once I figure out what kind of wheels I am getting next?
I have the same problem with loosing caps and the rear mount bent....looking at my sons telly looks like the rear...
@ Billy I did replace it along with the one in the motor mount, .that spur gear looks nice ,but where is your weak spot 9n your drivetrain?
@Guardog ,what kind of glue did you use?...
Lol, good luck to you ,and post some pictures of your progress .
i like how well the trenchers do just about any surface
yes ,you can adjust for taller bodies and shorter too http://i1373.photobucket.com/albums/ag379/ozz177/20140505_220224_zpstmlgcgdn.jpg
Good reading there. I guess one never stops learning something new about this hobby. .or at least thats my case:D
Yes they are.if you get them make sure you get extra caps and check they are not coming loose periodically. .
I run the traxxas steel cvds. So far they have been great..they held up good on a 6s short session
Here is mine
[QUOTE=billy-bones;5704833]What width is your pinion:unsure:I've run 6s several times with the setup pictured and never an issue and I run my mesh on what some would call the tight side, not binding...
I think the bulk head has a crack. On the back the shock tower is busted too
I won't know all the damage yet ,I will probably take it apart next week and more likely upgrade to the lcg kit
