If you mix 60k and 30k it does NOT equal 90k.
If you take 60k and mix 30k, it just makes the 60k THINNER.
It's like taking paint and adding water. The paint gets thinner
I packed my as full as I could get them so when I put them back together the excess runs out that I need to wipe off.
That is exactly how it works. I changed mine. have not been able to run it yet though.
2.4 ghz transmitters have a "code" The receiver is programmed to the transmitter and will reject a signal that does not have it's code.

I am using 30k in the front and rear. Diffs were dry out of the box. Packed them good and it has made a nice difference
I'll keep that in mind. May wait until I get some thicker lube before I run it.
Ok, so I just installed the center diff and, surprise surprise, the diff has no diff lube in it AT ALL despite the instructions saying that it comes filled with the recommended 50k lube. Way to go...

Not true. Mine shipped from Tower today. Toe Links, Tie Rods, and Center Diff

Also switched to the MaxAmps, and it made a HUGE difference.
You have to tighten/loosen the pivot balls
The toe links are adjustable according to the Traxxas web site.
I have those wheels. I had to switch out the stock wheel nuts for new lock nuts with no flange on them.
I'm using the MaxAmps 1600 and they blow away the stock battery
I ordered mine from Tower. I was charged today for them
