My stampede 4x4 to slash 4x4 conversion is now a rally as well
After getting tired of flipping my p4de...
I'll have to look into it some more, those mip driveshafts are expensive!
That's what I get for running a locked rear diff
After fixing the differential, she's ready to go
Yeah I put grease in there, excited to run it again
I installed part 6779, the new gears, and it runs like brand new
Thanks for the responses, I've ordered a new pinion and ring gear. I'll let you know if that fixes it when I get the parts
Looks as though a small rock has made its way into the bulkhead and ruined the gears
Maybe I should try some shims first
What size shims do I get and where do I get them
I opened it up and the gears don't look stripped at all
I was hoping that wouldn't be it, time to order more parts!
When i accelerate hard, I hear a grinding in the rear. If I drive up to a wall and drive into the wall, the front tires will spin but the rear will not, just a grinding sound. I can hear it more near...
I'll have to check out those builds thanks for the reply. I currently run a sidewinder sct esc with 3800kv motor, so I can just see my driveshafts snapping especially on 3s
Did locking the front diff mess with turning at all, I'm just afraid it'll turn like crazy after I lock the front
Bring on the water!
Just got this rat rod body for it
The only part I have broken on mine is a rear drive shaft, had to upgrade to heavy duty drive shafts in the rear (I run 3s lipo). For the abuse I put my truck through, I'm surprised it hasn't had...
I decided I want to turn my P4de into a trail truck, much like the one I read about on Proline racing
What kind of wheels are those?
I've looked for adjustable push rods but was unsuccessful. Never thought of the lt rockers though
Are there longer pushrods to purchase that make the merv higher off the ground?
So I took the merv out for a spin today. The only thing I broke was the sound barrier with this thing, it's a tough buggy
They are the 25mm from The Toyz
