1slash is right, besides vxl will run cooler cause it has more torque. with the cc esc you'll be able to set...
I've seen the mini slash at my friends house, But I think the mini revo looks like it would be more fun to drive!!
Great vid and great track. Looks like you could run "freestyle" and run on the wall after the big jump and try to ride the rail on pit road.
ps the mini evo looks like fun as well
2.2 actually have more body roll because the sidewalls are taller than the 1/8s and I have no wheel rub and can slide into the corners when I want. I feel I can anticipate the turns better.

try this diff locker from hot racing easy install...
I had the same issue also, I took a 1/8th drill bit and ran it through the arms to get the excess plastic out from when they were made, also used wd40, now they just fall right down.

its backyard tracks so its pretty much whatever you can afford and handle
I have 2 7-cell nimh and plan to go to 2s lipos in future. Tracks I race on are technical and have several jumps with hardly any room to get run at.

i put the diff lock in tightened the set screws on it. I got two races in and the the wheels stopped spinning but motor and tranny still ran fine. I took everything apart and set screw had come...
