Or if you can add the Bluetooth link to your Traxxas radio, it has this ability. I did this for my 2yr old this weekend then cranked it back up after he was done.
You want to add fans to your setup and are concerned that the fans will put undue stress on the MMP's power supply to the receiver?
What are you doing that you want to add additional fans on?
Proves that the good ole search feature does work...
Bravo! Let's see a video of it running.
I wanted brushless for the efficiency and to not have to rebuild a brushed motor. I had picked up a used 17.5T gen1 for real cheap and I knew the 17.5T was about 2400kv so calculated around that. If...
Now that's rad! Slick job there! The wheelie bars look killer. And the paint job matches that boat nicely.
What 2 batteries did you borrow? If it was 2 lipo's, it will not work. The ESC is saving itself.
Enjoy the VXL system and spend your money elsewhere. Get some tires, aluminum upgrades, and more lipos for longer running...
Shooting for 100mph is quite expensive when you start buying the parts...
Motors are oblivious to lipo "C" or discharge. The motor will draw as much power as required unless the lipo cannot supply anymore.
The MMP esc can handle 6s however, this motor is NOT rated...
The one without TSM is being discontinued and replaced by models with TSM.
No experience with the brushed motors specified but you'll need the Traxxas #7360 and 7380 either motors.
What I do have experience with is I'm currently running a Mamba Max Pro and Tekin 17.5T...
If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Otherwise, just shim the front and rear differential and have fun.
That's such a cool rig. Nice job on the tub.
Have you driven them and the spots not gone away? My experience has been these tires are plyable and will reshape.
That is a super cool rig. I'm sure it has plenty power now.
Amazon and Amain carry the Savox 0250.
Pictures of your current setup? What servo and servo saver are you running? Does it do this at low speed as well as high speed?
I would have to agree here, stock slipper is pretty good. You likely won't notice any difference switching to the RR. Save the cash and buy something else.
This equates to smooth motor control, no cogging at startup. I run a MMP and Redline 17.5t in my 1/16 Summit, it's pretty amazing how smooth compared to the 380 sized VXL combo.
That looks very similar to my Ryobi electric screwdriver. The Ryobi does have a torque adjustment which makes it less likely to damage the threads of set right. I still finish most screws by hand.
Good to see you using the Rustler on the track. Can't wait to see some video of it actually racing. Good looking truck.
Sounds like you have a bad receiver wire. Castle does have a 1yr warranty that should cover it. Give them a call, great customer support.
Does he have the correct Transmitter that accepts the TSM? It needs the multi-function knob.
That's correct. You can get into the CasteLink and change the punch control and starting power to try mitigate the wheelies.
Otherwise you can soften the springs on the rear shocks to allow the...
