Good idea, paddles on a MERV are a blast.
Yup, that's why I chose it:cool:
Thanks, yeah I need to make a good snow jumping video soon.
Thanks! I'm using this driveshaft setup. http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread.php?338038-Improved-1-8th-Scale-Dogbone-Conversion
Works fine with stock arms.
That body looks awesome on there!
I've heard this is pretty accurate
Looks good! I've always dug the black and blue look.
Thanks, no it was 40 degrees, which felt super warm.
Thanks. Yeah the scale does limit what the MERV can do, but being 4wd it does do a whole lot better than my Rustler used to.
Me taking advantage of the slightly higher temperatures.
Yeah, REM is great. Awesome parts and an outstanding warranty. FLM is the same way.
Really, well I'll have to be careful then.
Definitely Sand Paws. Awesome grip in snow.
I could go up to about 3" of snow. I'm sure it would be much better on 3s, it didn't have much power to get through the thick snow on 2s with stock gearing. Nope no waterproofing beyond stock.
Great video dude!
Yeah it was stock gearing, it felt pretty overgeared though.
Pro-Line Sand Paws, ***** 2s
+1. Sand Paws work very well.
All Castle Creations ESCs come with a coating on the board making them water resistant, so running in wet conditions with them is pretty safe. I personally use Shoe Goo/Amazing Goop to mount...
There were some amazing deals on there. I grabbed the Rustler chassis kit, which was an upper chassis, lower chassis, and bulkhead for $38. Can't beat that!
Congrats on the new BL setup, it's in an entirely different league than the stock setup. I usually run my slipper clutch 1/8 turn out from tight.
Nice vid Shawn! You gotta use the password reset tool to get into your old account.
