Maxx® Cable
Every component of a battery pack contributes to its performance—and that includes the wires. Traxxas Maxx Cable’s 12awg multi-strand wire offers extremely low resistance so power is not wasted as heat, and the fine strands allow excellent flexibility for easy installation and reduced stress on the pack’s solder joints. Soft, silicone insulation protects against shorting without compromising flexibility. Maxx Cable is simply the finest and most efficient wire available, and the only wire good enough for Traxxas Power Cell packs.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Traxxas Power Cell packs are built for extreme duty in Traxxas’ fastest, most powerful vehicles, so they’re tough enough for any car or truck. Construction begins with double-thick battery tabs that are electronically welded with four welds per tab. This ensures maximum efficiency and minimum heating, even in high amp-draw vehicles such as the E-Revo Brushless Edition and E-Maxx Brushless Edition. The assembled cells are then slide into a thick “shotgun tube” that supports the cells and assures finished pack is straight and solid. Thick protective end caps are installed, and heavy-duty, crystal-clear heat shrink is applied to complete the pack while showing off the premium cells and precise construction. No battery packs are as robustly built as Traxxas Power Cell packs.
