Hello Mustang,

I read in a post that you recommend email support if you have problems. I have to tell you that I emailed support a couple of problems I have with my E on the 13 of this month and still no response. I use email rather than the phone simply because it's convenient for me, plus it doesn't cost you guys the 800 call for easily answered questions.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time just want to let you know of my experience with email support. If you wish to check my email address is paul@dancingpuppet.com

Normally, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours depending on the load. Mondays and Tuesdays are slowest due to catching up from the weekend. During our busiest times, it can take up to 3 business days to receive a detailed response via E-mail (not normal). I apologize that your message must have been lost somehow. If you still have the question or problem, just resend the e-mail to support@traxxas.com. Maybe it is something that our message board members could quickly solve for you as well.

By the way, I usually moderate the "About Traxxas" forum and I was only visiting here. The "About Traxxas" forum is a better place for these kinds of topics
