    mixing fuel

    where do you get the oils and the nitro?

    the nitro fuel already comes with oil mixed in it. and u can get it at the lhs or here www.towerhobbies.com

    well, nitro fuel is a combination of Nitromethane, Methanol, and Castor oil and/or synthetic oils - all of which you should be able to get at any well supplied LHS ... HOWEVER - bear in mind that fuel companies and chemists spend a lot of time perfecting the blending process. It's tricky, and if you've never done it you can damage your engine.

    Secondly, the components usually come in gallon format, so you will have a LOT of fluids. If you go through that much then great. But honestly fuel can go bad as the alcohol get's leached out of it. You're honestly better off buying fuels. There are so many out there that you should be find what you need and same money in the long run. Hope this helps.. TNT
