    Question gas tank swap?

I have a nitro hawk.I was thinking aboutswitching to a nonprimer tank. Why?Simplicity I guess> Is there any benefit by switching it to a nonprimer or just leaving it in?

just get a gas tank rebuild kit. It comes with no primer, just a plastic lid.

    Nitro_Fumes_101,
Stop spaming the message board! Most of yor recent posts aren't nessesary, and some are completely wrong.

He can't just buy a rebuild kit to get a primerless tank. The primer is built into the top of the tank, not the lid.

Switching to a non primer tank would be a good idea. The primers tend to wear out, and create air leaks in the fuel tank.
I love the smell of nitro fumes in the morning!

Thank you for the input TAZZ.I was thinking that an air leak could be possible. The rustler has a nonprimer tank i think.Somebody told me to just remove the primer and take a screw but that in it's place and seal it with silicone. What to do,,,,
