Im looking for some ideas for offroad tracks lay outs please

It depends on what you have for a racing surface, the area you have, and if there will be other racing on the same track, such as an oval.
1/10 scale needs 10-12 feet wide track, 1/8 scale need more like 12-14.
Inside an oval limits your room but you could use the oval surface too. But oval racers like a smooth surface and off road tires trear up ovals...
email me, I can send you track layout suggestions (pictures), otherwise just search the net, most good sites have track pictures.

Make it nice and challenging. Have a table top which has a sharp hairpin at the drop off. make some nice pits to clear. Put in a woop section. And to top it all off, a big barney banner across your biggest and fastest jump so the winner can tear through the big purple dino! Well, maybe not the last one... but still.

Can some one just give me a drawing pleaze?

Make a figure-8. at the point where the tracks cross, put some huge air- like a 4-5 foot jump! the figure 8 design will also allow you to have a straightaway at both ends of the track, so that it looks more like an hour glass than an 8.
